Daublr (“we”, “us”) is a browser-based puzzle game. This policy explains what data the game touches and how it's handled.

Playing without an account

You can play Daublr without signing in. In that case your gameplay data — level progress, best times, uploaded photos, and saved boards — is stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device, and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data or switching browsers/devices will erase it, and we can't recover it.

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use these only to identify your account and show who is signed in. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in.

While you're signed in, your level progress, uploaded photos, and saved boards are copied to our database (hosted by Supabase) so you can pick up where you left off on any device. Signing out removes that data from the device you sign out on; your saved copy stays with your account. To have your account data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

Uploaded photos (“My Photos”)

Images you add to My Photos are resized in your browser. If you're not signed in they stay on your device only; if you are signed in, the resized copies are stored with your account as described above. We don't share them or use them for anything other than letting you play with them.

Advertising and cookies

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses data, and manage your ad personalization settings, at Google's Ads Policy and Google Ad Settings.

Analytics

Daublr does not currently use any analytics or tracking scripts of its own.

Children's privacy

Daublr does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — since no gameplay data ever leaves your device, there is nothing for us to gather regardless of the visitor's age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
